Just heard some rumblings that a Otsego judge has overturned the Michigan baiting ban!!! Is this true??? :dontknow: Has anyone on the north side of the river butt not far from big water heard the news??? The Michigan DNR founding fathers give us crossbows but take baiting away. Is it now possible that "your warp speed xbow :laser: baiting adventure starts here in Michigan"??? Now all the underacheavers in Michigan can shoot all of tomorrows trophies today. Can someone please make a hat that has a xbow, carrot pile, a 5 gallon bucket, and a fawn with a 10 dollar tag on it??? Thank you Michigan founding fathers for bringing back baiting!!! :clap2:

Not sure on that one, believe its about a bird feeder case and deer eating the droppings of shells by the birds and it was considered baiting by DNR. That is the word on my street! :D

have not heard anything yet, i work at a pro shop and nothing came over the license machine. from what I heard the lower half will still be a no bait zone

that the law as written is to vague. So the lawmakers willl need to go back and re write the law. This was from a person who was feeding birds and the DNR flexing its muscle decided to ticket the person.

I think there will be alot of bird feeders out next season....lol
