Does anybody have any experiance with these targets and Nano's? I have a couple Morrell range bags and am having trouble with my arrows sinking up to or past the fletch. Does the Velocicore last very long? How easy is it to pull arrows? Any info would be appreaciated.

4 of us have been shooting small diameter carbons at 1 for 7 months. We shoot an american 600 round 2 times a week and so far no arrows have poked through the center core. We are shooting 240-270 fps. 2 of us use hyperspeed points and the other 2 use field points. At first the arrows were stiff to pull and Woodys was almost a requirement, but now it is getting softer and not as much lube is needed.

In about 4 months we would shoot the center out of the old style foam mat, the velicore center is really worth the difference. BTW we are using an 8" matt.

Hope this helps.

I've been using the American Whitetail Range Mat with the Velocicore center for three years now and haven't shot through it yet. I have thousands of shot on the mat. The only thing wearing out is the gray covering on the face of the mat. The best foam type mat I have ever used so far. Well worth the price.

Hi, i also have a whitetail with the Velocicore center. I havent shot it out in 3 years. And you do need lube if you hit outside the Velocicore. I have the large center and it works great. I have shot thousands of arrows at it and i let others shoot on it at my local range sometimes. the foam gray mat covering the center did wear out, but thats all.
