Here are some links to diets that work really well. I am not an advocate of the fad diets like the Adkins diet or the Grapefruit diets. These do not work well as general diets IMO. Unfortunately, I cannot give out specific diets because there is a lot to giving out specific diets like body type,...

Meant for me, one of this novel supplements was a pre-workout manufactured goods by fitness in usa . This crap is powerful. Subsequent to taking 2 serving spoon, I'd force to the gym tremendously aggravated to rise. While I'd obtain there I'd have additional authority and be way stronger than...

Have any of you guys or gals ever read a study on the proteins in game meat? I know I have always heard it has more proteins and less fat than farm raised cattle and better for the digestive system but does anybody know of an article that has been published that actually has studied proof? and...
Anyone have these? I'm thinking about getting myself some. The concept seems great and I haven't heard much complaints about them from what I can gather. I'm also concerned about which ones to get... In my heyday of working out it wasn't uncommon of me to use dumbells in the area of 80-90 lbs for...
lets talk shins. :thumbs_do I'm middle aged, slightly overweight, not much of a stride, and dang my shins hurt when I jog. it doesn't feel like a dull muscle pain, or a tightness of the lower muscles it's more like sharp pain near the front of the shin. It last for awhile even after the run. ...

Im starting this thread because i have been on a diet and have been walking a lot to try and drop some extra pounds. (40 actually.:() The first thing i did was cut soda out of my diet. I used to drink a lot of Pepsi and MT Dew and i knew that was accounting for a lot of my daily calorie intake....
I see that there's a few different P90X threads floating around, I was thinking maybe we could have one dedicated to posting your daily workout? I'll be starting day one of my first round today after work, if people want to post here and this thread takes off, Great, otherwise, no big deal.
Has anyone heard of the HCG protocol "diet". It is actually a contradiction in terms. It is not actually a diet. It is a way of re-setting the hypothalamus in the brain to get the body to rid itself of fat. As skeptical as I am, the wife wanted to give it a try, so this is my attempt at loosing...

I am on my tenth day of the program. I was skeptical if I would enjoy it or not. All I can say is WOW what a program! It is awesome. While I love doing P90X, so much that I have completed it 4 times, I am actually enjoying Insanity more. Anyone else PUSHING through Insanity right now?
I am wanting to do a little more cardio and I like the Plyo. Can I do this 3-4 times per week? What about 2 days in a row? I know you're supposed to give your muscles at least 48 hours between workouts, but I'm not sure that the P90X Plyo falls into a cardio or muscle building program.
I was wondering how many push through their routines when they are sick. I personally take a day off at the onset of feeling sick in hopes of heading it off. However, once sick I will push through the routines, I just don't have the same expectations. At what point do you decide to take a...

For those of you that seen this...... If a guy like Louie Simmons openly admits to steriod use for the past 36 years, can't they bust him for that? I pretty much new most supplements are crap, but it was real interesting to see them make their own bottle of stuff and what was really put in...
Just wondering if any of ya'll have it or have gone through the pain/pain in the butt of having and dealing with it. Had an annoying bump (swelling) on the inside of my wrist for the last month with kind of a weird dull pain on contact. Decided to have it looked at and my Dr. thinks it may be a Ganglion cyst or just a regular cyst, now I am scheduled to see an ortho surgeon on the 31st. Naturally, archery...
