Is this a legal bowhunter class sight for 3D??

Hello,
I was just wandering if this sight was legal for the bowhunter class?? I just started shooting 3D shoots last year and I'm looking to update my old sight with a Spot-Hogg sight. ASA rules apply...
Thanks,
PJ

Good to go. You can even use a lense in that bad baoy if it will take one :-)
Good luck, The Hunter class is stacked up with competition in the ASA.

For Hunter Class: ASA it is fine. For IBO you can only have 4 pins

It is legal for IBO this year without a lens. See the "IBO Rule Changes" thread on this subforum.

Thanks guys for the info...

It almost doesn't seem fair to be able to use this sight. You will have a most certain, greater advantage, due to the extra length. Should be able to reach out and touch those 12's with this one...........

Can you mount a quiver to it? Can't tell from the photo if it is threaded for a quiver mount or not.

Thanks again,
PJ

I stand corrected, and pleased to hear of that change.

Yes.

If you're still shopping, I believe Axcel makes the best sight out there. I have the HD Armortech Pro on my Competition set-up. I recently won the VBA State Championship in the AMBHFS division. I had switched from the Sureloc sight and I would say that my 87 x's scored during the tournament can be attributed to those .010 pins on the AXCEL. The 87 x's was the 2nd highest total in all divisions.
Axcel I believe to be the highest quality sight I have seen. Besides, my son works for them.

I think that is the TruGlo superslam.
I own a hogg it and love it. I have heard mixed reviews on the superslam.
Do a search here on AT.
