Put a pair of needle nose pliers into the loop closed and then open them using the outside of the pliers head to push between the s
tring and the D loop. I bet you'll see it tighten up. Just make sure it's in the position you want it in.
I already did that I'm wondering if the serving is bad , I did move my nocking point down it could be right where the nock was before

Undo one knot on your d-loop.
Retie that knot, making the d-loop super short. Like this long, really FLAT.

Insert the nose for needlenose pliers (put both jaws) inside the super short, FLAT d-loop
and stretch the d-loop to at least TWICE the length, when it was flat.

BEFORE SIZE.

While stretching to double length with jaws/tips of needlenose pliers.

AFTER size.

This d-loop has been stretch MORE than 3X the original "flat" size.
Helps to wax the d-loop cord, with string wax,
so the knot is slippery. When you STRETCH the flat d-loop to more than 3X the original "flat" size,
the string wax helps your d-loop knot to slip into a SUPER TIGHT d-loop knot, that will not move.

Could be separated serving under the knots. I actually had this problem a couple weeks ago when I installed a new d loop. I tied a new one with #23 material and waxed it so it gets super tight, my serving was also a little separated where the knots go so my fix was just to even out the separated serving with my finger nails for a while and when I tightened the loop it got super tight so it wont move around now. The proper fix would probably be to tie a new serving on the string but so far I have no problems

I have a pair of Easton pliers and they work great. They have a small groove on the outside of the pliers just for stretching d loops. I also use BCY 23 and that material tightens down like no other and the small diameter and flexible material is great if you shoot a hinge. The 23 is more forgiving in regards to hand torque with the release.
