Off-centered Limb Groove

I have a set of Samick limbs that could not align on my hoyt riser. Upon close inspection, I found that the limb grooves where the string sits, is slightly off-center.
But when i hooked them up on my friend's helix, they aligned perfectly. When i hooked up his G3 limbs on my nexus, perfect alignment as well. So what was the problem with the samick limbs on my riser?
Do manufacturers make the limb groove off-center when they need to compensate for any inconsistency?

pics

dont know if it can be seen from the pics, but i have measured the widths on both sides of the groove with vernier calipers and confirmed they are unequal...

the dealer said he will only replace the limbs if he finds it defective. But since it could fit on my friend's riser, then could it be a one-in-a-million chance mismatch? Im reluctant to send it back to the dealer in korea only to hear that its not defective, cos i dont wanna waste money on shipping. I'd rather sell it away...

there are some rumors that each brand makes their equipment a little different, so that the only their limbs fit their risers, and not other brands. which means that korean limbs cant fit american risers and vice versa, so they 'force' the archer not to buy their rival companies' equipment...but i do see a lot of brand-mixing everywhere...

hmm...didnt thought of that....
anyway, even if he hooks it up on the riser and it fits, i dont think he would replace them as they are not 'defective' to him....
i bought them in august, so i think it would be a little too late to ask for an exchange, unless the limbs break....
I just wanna hear from u guys if u know of this problem and how to deal with it...

The limb blueprint will have some tolerance for the limb groove position. Your pictures show an out of tolerance condition. The string groove of obviously off-center and therefore out-of tolerance.

Contact the Manufacturer with the pictures and a description of how they do not fit your riser.

Request that the replacement set of limbs groove position be verified by Quality Control prior to being shipped to you.
Request a Return Authorization and ship your current limbs in the replacement limb packaging with the RO attached.

i have to mail it to the dealer in Korea for his inspection, then he will send it to samick. Samick only accepts returns through their dealers, if u check out their website...this will probably take 2 months or so, and i will need to borrow another set of limbs meanwhile, which may not be of the spec i want.
So i figured i might as well buy a hoyt limb...which had better fit my riser, otherwise i will be flipping mad...lol

Well, buddy. You ain't the only one who has to worry about sending limbs back to Korea. I have a set of Win & Wins which might be dodgy too. I explained to them that I cannot produce the receipt because it was part of a large purchase made by someone during a visit to Korea and this lady (I think), Jinie Lee, was nice enough to suggest sending them back for a thorough check, after which they will replace the limbs if defective.
