Unfortunately I can't seem to line my pins up with the wire. My windage adjustment is maxed out and I've tried every configuration so I'm left moving the pins. Does it matter? Does anyone shoot with their pins off to the right of the wire? If so does it bother you? I'm honestly not sure I understand the point of the wire other than having another point of reference for "level".

The point of having them line up with the wire is to have them centered in the housing. That way when you center the housing in your peep everything is lined up properly. Something is incorrect with your setup(bow or sight) if you need to have windage maxed out AND have the pins off to the side. It could just be the picture but your rest looks to be way inside towards the riser.

There is an extra Allen key hole beside each pin that will move them in an out individually. Should be able to move them each out to meet the wire.

The wire is there to set your 3rd axis while at full draw and to align your pins. Hang a plumb bob and draw back, aim up at an extreme angle and put wire on hanging plumb line. Move 3rd axis until it matches your plumb line at full draw.

At the end of each pin there is a allen head screw I think that it a 1/16th inch allen head. if you turn that screw counter clockwise it will move the pins out. If it wont reach the vertical wire then you have the wrong sixe pins for the scope hosing. I use the vertical wire to aim off of for the in between distances. Also if you paint it white it shows up better

Sir, please have your bow checked for tuning issues. Anytime you have to adjust your pins like that the bow is out of whack. It's not the sights fault.

Blessings

Post a picture of what side of the mounting block you are on, If you are on the inside of it remove the sight and attach it to the outside of the block the space between your ins and the wire looks to be about the same thickness as the mounting block

Move the pins so the fibers are in line with the wire. You should not have to ever adjust the pins away from the wire themselves. Use the blocks on the front from the other thread, then use the gang micro adjust on the block with the lever on top to set your windage. You have almost a full 1/2" of adjustment in the micro adjust on the block, and the L spacer gives you 1/4" of adjustment in each incremental step. Between the two ways of adjusting your windage, you will be able to get your sight sighted in, without moving your pins off of the wire. The wire is there and set so the level is perfectly square in the housing to that wire. So if your pin are on the wire, and your level is level, you will always shoot a vertical line at the different distances. Again, never have the pins set off of the wire, always have the fibers centered with the wire. The wire will then also act as a windage reference for shooting your pin gaps and can be used as a more finite aiming reference when using your level(mostly only target shooters shooting bhfs do this).
